Are your products safe?

All of our products are formulated with carefully selected ingredients and tested for quality. However, if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, nursing, or on medication, please consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement.

Are your products vegan and allergen-free?

How quickly will my order ship?

We process orders 7 days a week. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped the following business day. During times of high demand, processing may take a little longer.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in New Jersey& Nevada ensuring speedy delivery times for all of the continental USA and beyond.

We currently ship to:

  • The United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses)

  • Internationally to: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, the UK, and European countries including Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.
How long does shipping take?
  • U.S. Standard Shipping: $5 USD, delivered in 3–5 business days

  • Free U.S. Standard Shipping on orders over $75, delivered in 3–5 business days

  • International Shipping: Orders ship within 1–2 business days and generally arrive within 6–14 business days, depending on the destination.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes on international orders?

Yes. Duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are determined by your country’s regulations and are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order at any time by clicking HERE. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

If you need to change or cancel an order, email us immediately at hello@tryauri.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once fulfilled, we cannot make modifications.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package is lost, delayed, or you encounter any issues, please email us at hello@tryauri.com. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and make it right.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases. If you're not satisfied, email us at hello@tryauri.com or submit your request through our returns portal.

What are the conditions for returns?
  • First-time purchases: Eligible for our 60-day money-back guarantee. We cover return shipping for unopened products.

  • Exchanges: If you exchange a product, the money-back guarantee for that product no longer applies.

  • Recurring subscription orders: Only unopened products are eligible for return, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Damaged products: No need to return! Simply submit your claim, and we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return is processed, refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear on your original payment method.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime. Follow the links in your order confirmation emails or email us at hello@tryauri.com, and we’ll assist you.

When do I need to cancel to avoid being charged?

Please cancel before your next recurring order is generated. Once an order is processed, it will ship automatically.

What if I forgot to cancel and my order has already shipped?

If your subscription order has been processed, email us at hello@tryauri.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to stop the shipment, but if it’s already fulfilled, we cannot issue a refund.

Does the money-back guarantee apply to subscriptions?

The 60-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. Subscription orders are only eligible for return if unopened, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
